The worst delivery experience I’ve ever had ! At least don’t mention that the delivery will be in 24 to 48 hours , and then wait two weeks !! The products are good, so that’s a pity to have such a bad experience..

Due to the sanitary situation, we had a delay for your order. The parcels took more time at the sorting centers because the postal workforce was reduced.
After research, your tracking mentions that the package is awaiting collection at a Hermes point. You can have more information by following your order on their platform. We will send the tracking number by mail.
