I am still very new to this product, and so the jury is out on the final results. However, with regard to the customer service experience, I can honestly say it has been amazing. I can agree with other's who've shared their experience with a less than stellar representative at their physical location in Vegas, and will add that apparently that was the exception and not the rule.

Unlike others, in my experience I did not feel pressure to purchase, and I respect the sales strategy. They didn't tie me down to the chair: I could have declined the purchase at any time. The math made sense and I believe the product can be effective if used properly.

My consultant in Vegas was a gentleman named Tony who took time to make sure I understood how each product should be used, and suggested I reach out to their team with any additional questions,
Likewise, my experience with the customer service team by email was perfect. The representative was genuine, attentive, responsive and generous with her time and effort.

Like everything else, its a personal decision about how you decide to spend your time and money. I feel very good about my purchase and overall experience with Forever Flawless.

I ordered the White Diamond infused facial peeling gel. I placed a small amount on my fingers, placed it on my face, and started rubbing it on my face in a circular motion. A lot of dirt, dry skin, etc. started coming off my face. It left my skin soft and glowing. The hand and body lotion also left my skin soft and feeling smooth.

Forever Flawless is the only product that does not make my face break out. I have been using it for years. I love Forever Flawless.

Everything is good. Love the product, I just thought shipping was a little slow compared to before. I understand Covid could be a factor.

My product was shipped on April 2nd and I have not received it as of April 18th. Maybe you should consider a different shipper other than FedEx.

The product is AMAZING. While it took a while to arrive, it is nothing compared how it makes me feel. My skin has never looked so radiant. I feel like I’m glowing from within. 10/10, would highly recommend.

I ordered on 4/7, received an email with a tracking number on 4/8 and have not received my order after 10 days. The tracking number indicates it’s still waiting for the package.

The store in town center mall is miserable. The salesmen outside the store just stand there harassing people. They don't take no for an answer and become immature when they don't get what they want.

Love this product, leaves your skin so soft, gave my sister some of the face cream and she couldn't believe how wonderful it is. Will continue to buy it

I was just lured into the store where a very friendly store associate put eye cream on me- and it felt amazing. She said it was a $400.00 eye cream, but could purchase it today for $145. The brand she used on me was Sericin- I took a picture. Since my family was waiting I had to leave without purchasing, which I'm glad about! After leaving the store I quickly researched Sericin and found it to be $1400 eye cream. I then went to the store website provided to me by the associate to find they are not selling Sericin but trying to peddle very CHEAP eye cream under an EXPENSIVE brand name! My hunch from reading the other reviews is that the sample they put on you (Sericin) isn't the product they sell (Forever Flawless) Buyer beware!

While in Las Vegas, I was lured in the store by a free application of wrinkle remover. It was A-MA-ZING!!! It felt smooth and silky. However, I didn’t purchase right away. When my husband and teen son commented on how good it looked, I decided to go back to the store to purchase the product - DIAMOND INFUSED 24K GOLD INSTANT TIGHTENING COMPLEX. Not cheap. But now that I’m home and used it - it is NOT THE SAME as what they used in the store. This dries out my skin so bad and leaves it chalky feeling. I’ve been duped. This is definitely not the same as the sample. And to think I was so excited.

I was lured into the Las Vegas store at the Cosmopolitan by a woman handing out samples. I was then whisked into a chair where a man asked me to lower my masked which I wouldn't do. He then dabbed on under eye cream and said the product was $400, but was half off. I told him I need to do research before I would consider purchasing. He then asked if I did research before I drank the soft drink I was holding and if I knew what does to my body!!!!! I was at a lost for word and left store, but decided to go back to let the sales person know I didn't appreciate his unsolicited comment. My daughter stopped me so I decided to write about the experience instead.

Very unprofessional customer service! When enquired about shipment, he or she (there was no signature in the email correspondence) uses a sarcastic tone, deny all responsibilities and even want to put more charges.

Besides, the products took 8 days to arrive instead of 4/5 days as promised via email. Out of curiosity I browsed through this website for other reviews and concerns regarding FF shipment, it seems that FF tends to just push away all responsibilities and tell others 'you could have done this or that...', 'you have NOT done this or that...'. I wonder how the customers feel reading the responses.

For me, I will never deal with FF service again.

I was pulled into a store in Vegas, told to sit down and next thing I know they are pulling my mask off and touching my face without sanitizing their hands (to my knowledge) and had their mask down too. I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. She was pretty rude when I told her I wouldn’t impulse buy products I had never heard of.
