I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

I bought perfume, but when I completed the purchase, it turned out that I bought some kind of subscription to an unknown site. They are scammers, don't deal with them.

I never knew this site. I did contacted them for a unconsented transaction on my credit card from this site. I commend the customer service. They are amazing and are willing to assist me all the way.

SCAM.

The only action you need to take is to report the fraud to your bank who will refund, block and cancel the card. Banks will be aware of this scam.

1. They post fake competitions/deals on social media like Facebook to sign you up to a recurring subscription without consent. A common scam is a discounted SMEG kettle for the cost of delivery.

2. Upon discovering fraud, if you contact support they only put your account on notice but still try to charge further. You will need to contact several times.

3. The ‘escalation team’ will offer to refund in “5-7 days” if you post a positive review. They prohibit you from mentioning a refund and will go around in circles with false promises and delaying tactics. They will claim that they’re doing this out of “goodwill” and will “expedite” but they require you to post a positive review BEFORE any action is even taken.

4. ALL of the positive reviews here are fake and solicited. They will ask you to delete a negative review in offer of a refund again.

5. This company is based in Cyprus, also trades under Best Paperclip and Bolluxe Limited.

This is a scam!! They steal your money and after that you discover they send you an email that you can get some of the money that they stole from you (obviously only the money that you found about..) back if you rate them 4/5 stars and get them good reviews in order to make more people fall for that. So be sure that every good review is because of that. I cancelled my credit card and reported them instead of writing false review even if it means that they will the money that they stole. I hope none of you will fall for that scam and the people who is responsible of that fraud will go to hell :)

Charged extra for subscription, but good company overall, services were good but no longer required as well
