I ordered two items from Forever Printworks which were posted but hadn't arrived over a week later. I emailed to check what had happened and got a great and very quick response from them. A replacement was sent out immediately which arrived a few days later. Customer service was brilliant and I love the products I got as well.
Although I’m told that the products are recycled leather, they look and feel like plastic to me. I WONDER HOW BIODEGRADABLE THE COVERS ARE.

It seems you are not happy with your products, so if they are in resalable condition please return them for a full refund, even if outwith the statutory period I would not wish for a customer to have paid for products that they do not like.
It also seems that you do not understand what recycled leather is - you will find more information on that on the homepage of our website, and on our Instagram page.
Your review is based solely on false assumptions, and is tantamount to an accusation of false advertising, which we take extremely seriously. I would respectfully suggest that in future you get your facts straight before attempting to sully the reputation of a a small family business.
