Awful company. Placed an order beginning of November still waiting .
Last week they said it's sent they will send the tracking number, this week said they are sending, so I challenged this , they ignored me, I wrote a review on their page they started replying, then said they have 1000 orders to look for my tracking number and it's sent, now saying it's not sent...... Deleting my social media posts, emails are bouncing back

They have deleted everyone's comments about them going into liquidation but still taking orders

don't order from them unless u have £60 to waste

Order placed on the 6th November still not arrived and 3 missed occasions I needed the kids outfits for! No way of contacting apart from messaging on Instagram and had very slow responses one assuring me I would have my order by the end of the week, this was 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t got it. One last Thursday saying it was going to be checked as I should have it by now and nothing since. Your forms of communication are awful and phone lines are dead. Awful customer service and a very upset and frustrated customer! 😡

First time using forever sewing and will be my last.. ordered a month ago and no items have arrived! Sent several messages via Instagram Dm and FB messenger no response also emailed and just got a automated response saying they are temporary closed? Why advertise on Instagram to place orders if your not there to make the orders

I have ordered over a month ago not received and now receiving automated replies. Have looked on Facebook and seen multiple people in the same position. If I receive my item or get a response I will update this or remove my negative review.

Received numerous amounts of items from forever sewing. Each item made to perfection. All items were made personal for both of my children & everything we’ve received.. we’ve been more then happy with. We will keep ordering from forever sewing as it is a local family business that’s growing more & more popular! We love all the different products they sell! Especially for my small children! Love the gorgeous soft materials they offer!! Keep up the outstanding work!!!

Will always shop with forever sewing - there clothes are 10/10 and are always in excellent condition and stay in this condition forever! Laura (one of the directors) is a lovely welcoming women and was happy to answer any questions I had! The customer service is also brilliant and I always get the answers I am looking for! The staff are also so polite and are happy to assist help where ever it is needed this is supervised by the profession of the directors Laura and Adam! Will definitely be ordering for my 7th time!!!

This will be my one of my many many orders with forever sewing , I purchase for myself and all my family the quality of clothing is outstanding washes amazing and keeps its size and feel , can’t fault them with anything very friendly and efficient staff , Laura is so attentive and friendly and always makes sure my orders are done in time , fast delivery , a super clothing business will forever buy with forever sewing.
