Subscribed to their EA one and half weeks ago. Chased them many times through their Telegram channel for access, including sending screenshots of EA license not authenticating. After first few replies, they've gone mute and have stopped responding, although I can see they have been online many times during this time. Absolute shocking customer service. I've asked them for a refund of my $99, and still no response.
