The bracelet was gorgeous. He loves. I would have liked the initials to stand out a little. It came in a nice box. I am happy with my purchase.

Ordered a unique toilet roll holder in the week before Christmas as a last minute purchased and it arrived before Christmas! It was beautiful and there was really good communication relating to delivery.

These were fantastic bracelets of really great quality. They had to be shipped overseas to the U.S. And there was only a small delay at customs. The customer service was above and beyond and I was really impressed. Wouldn't hesitate to order again!

Great customer service, fast delivery, quality product.

I bought two personalised Mens bracelets and was very disappointed with them. One was braided it was so narrow and the clasp was so small I could not see the engraving. The beaded one the beads were so small and the rope was as thin as cotton, again could not see the engraving which I think is transfers and not engraving. I think you are paying more for the packaging and postage. I am embarrassed to give them as presents. If they weren’t personalised I would send them back. I now see one has been reduced!

Following my review I got a lovely response which offered to redo the engraving or give a refund which I was very happy with. Due to this response I will be happy to order from this company in the future.

One of the best companies I have dealt with for a long time.
My order was for a 40th birthday present, which was going to be given at a celebration in Florida. The order was fulfilled and dispatched very quickly.
On the recipients' return, he informed me that although he loved his present, it was unfortunately too big! Forge & Foundry dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently, arranging for a replacement almost by the next post, charging just a small fee. Nb this was because the present had engraving.
I cannot praise this company enough, they kept me well-informed regarding everything that happened and would recommend them thoroughly.
