False and Exploitative Marketing
Did not listen to the instructions that I wanted an exact replica of the Dodge Hornet GLH badge. They created the silver badge that i sent them a photo of but ignored my color selections in their website ordering form. They also list their entire disclaimer/policy on what they won’t do, but it is so lengthy and of small font that a typical consumer would easily scroll pass at their order page.
After going back and forth with the supposed owner about marketing tactics and how they need to make it obvious on their top page in big bold font (about 2D limitations and materials), I finally told him i would apologize for not reading in length, hoping that would at least open the door for considering my feedback about marketing ethicality. Nope, didnt see anything wrong with it and used slippery slope fallacies to justify not ever experiencing customer dissatisfaction.
Dont’t buy badges from this company because they aren’t professional and will not take accountability.
Why would I want another pair of badges that are not meeting my standard??? Those type of mental gymnastics knowing the customer doesn’t want a replacement but a refund is disingenuous and nothing but a veneer of corporate exploitation to hide behind and not feel guilty or take responsibility. Didn’t even offer partial refund. I’m sure they make a lot of money doing this to others…sad.
