Forge Hardware’s products speak for themselves. The quality and craftsmanship of the knurled gold pulls I purchased are extraordinary! But what makes this purchase even more remarkable is the customer service provided by Alex. I have a large project on the go and when I placed my order, the quantity I ordered was incorrect not to mention I needed the product ASAP! Alex responded within minutes to my message with a resolution and I literally received my package with 3-5 business days. I cannot wait to showcase this hardware in next months local home magazine. Thank you Alex and Forge Hardware. I will definitely be using them again on my next project.

The glass shower door Dot is an elegant option for my shower door knob. I am a homeowner that will be using it in polished nickel and I am impressed by the quality of the Dot. But I want you to know that the Dot has impressed my contractor and the shower glass company personnel also! It’s a beauty!

Horrible customer service. You can only access them by email not phone. Terrible communication. For an expensive product line they can do better! Too many other vendors out there to deal with this headache!!!

Ordered brushed nickel cabinet pulls and knobs for a new kitchen. Hardware is individually packed and has a nice solid feel to them. Easy to install.

Quality product, surprisingly in stock, excellent communication, quick shipping, great packaging. The only thing that could make this product better would be getting it for free. Just kidding. You get what you pay for. No regrets. Thank you.

First red flag - you can only access this company by email. No phone calls.

Second red flag - return policy is 14 days. I don’t know of any construction project where you could meet a 14 day return?

You better get it right and hope for no issues the first time or you are up a creek with Forge Hardware Studio.

I ordered the Charlie knobs and handles in champagne bronze for my newly renovated kitchen. They look absolutely amazing. The color and finish is a perfect warm gold - exactly what I had imagined - not too shiny and not too bright, and not a pale yellow either. Shipment was incredibly fast and the staff was highly responsive to questions I had pre-ordering. Highly recommend!

This was our first time ordering from Forge Hardware Studio. We were absolutely impressed. We are on a deadline to finish our kitchen before the weekend. We had ordered some hardware for our cabinets on Amazon that we were very dissatisfied with when we received it. We had to find better hardware and fast! I stumbled upon Forge Hardware and was immediately impressed with their selection, quality and pricing! I messaged them to see if there were expedited shipping options. Alex responded right away and had me send a screenshot of our order so they could make sure everything was in stock. They got our order packed up and it is on an airplane headed our way! When we had one Knob with a small blemish... and one knob that we ordered at a later date that was a slightly different color... They immediately went through there inventory... found two that matched our others... AND SHIPPED THEM OUT THE SAME DAY!

Fantastic company. I live in New Zealand and I got my handles delivered in 5 days. Customer service is top quality- they were very helpful and provided an option to expediate my delivery as I had a very tight timeframe. However most importantly the handles themselves are beautiful and top quality. I wouldn't look anywhere else for handles.

I received the Champagne Bronze door pulls from Forge Hardware for the doors to the entrance of my “She Spa” ~ They are beautiful, arrived quickly and are beyond compare. I found Forge searching the internet for champagne bronze accessories to the champagne bronze fixtures I had selected ~ so thankful to have found them. I highly recommend them for quality and attentiveness to detail.

These brass pull handles are fabulous, beautifully made and of
very high quality. Delivery to Ireland took less than one week. My queries were dealt with quickly, in a friendly manner and were thoroughly researched. Overall it was a pleasure to deal with Forge Hardware, we are absolutely delighted with every aspect of their service.

After placing a large order for all new kitchen hardware we were thrilled when they came in the mail and were exactly what we had been searching for. However upon installing we realized that one of the champagne bronze pulls was missing a little of the finish. I reached out to Forge by email to inquire about how to get a replacement and not only did they respond very quickly they had a new one in the mail to me same day. I don’t expect companies to always be perfect so having good customer service is the #1 thing that will get me to recommend to my friends and family! Thank you for being one of the good ones Forge!

Read all the bad reviews on returning items and believe them. I didn’t. I got screwed. Rude customer service and a business that borders on crooked. Shop else where... D Lawless Hardware or Home Depot Online have Same products at lower prices and much better customer service.
