My cabinet hardware came in a damaged box with handles all smooshed together. There was no packing slip or return information. When I emailed about the return I was just given a return address so put the hardware in a box and shipped it out. After two inquiries about a refund I got a rude email back saying I would only be refunded for a few because I didn't properly wrap hardware and they arrived damaged. They did't email me first to tell me this and the box they sent me was damaged!!!! Shady operation. Will not recommend them or ever use them again which is sad because I love my hardware. Not worth the effort....and lost money ordering from them.

We ordered 66 champagne bronze knobs for our kitchen cabinets. They are beautiful and quite a chic update. We were able to immediately chat online with Forge throughout the process of choosing, ordering, and tracking. Customer service very quickly replaced one knob that arrived a slightly different color. We highly recommend Forge Hardware Studio!

I must say from the start of my shopping experience with Forge Hardware Studio Camila was extremely helpful. I’m very particular with things matching and she took the time to look up my appliance and faucet info so she could let me know her thoughts on the color since I wont be able to see the product until I receive it. Pictures don’t always do things justice and every company makes their own version of colors so I was very appreciative of her help. Last thing I want to have to do when doing a remodel is wait for items then have to turn around and shop again for them later. I will definitely recommending you to others and look forward to shopping With you in the future. You have great quality stuff and prompt service.

I'm purchasing knobs and pulls for my kitchen remodel and needed "2" different makers as I have some unique pieces going into this project but still wanted the "brass" finish/color to look similar.
