Forge Lifts are heroes on my estate! Our lifts are very old and have been out of service for months. Despite thousands spent and visit after visit from our old lift company, we were eventually told that the lifts were not repairable.

Forge have come and done the impossible, we now have all working lifts and a plan to upgrade them by the end of the year.

It’s been such a breath of fresh air dealing with this company. Megan is extremely helpful and prompt in her communication, and the engineers I’ve met with onsite were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our lifts used to be looked by a company that was useless. The lifts were always breaking down and we were paying outrageous service charges.

We brought Forge Lifts in to have a look, and the experience was completely different. An engineer came to survey the lift, and we received a quote the same day to fix the lift.

A few days later, they returned, replaced a part we’d previously been told was obsolete, and carried out a complimentary maintenance visit.

The lift has been running smoothly for months now. Myself and the other tenants couldn’t be happier. Shout out to Megan and Jacob for making the entire process easy and straight forward.

Our contract with our old lift company is over in November, and we will be changing to Forge Lifts

It’s great to finally have a lift company that communicates in simple English and sorts things out quickly.

We’ve just taken over from a property management company in North London, the lifts have been out of service for 8 months, the last company said we had to get new lifts.

Forge came in, carried out a condition report with recommendations to return the lift to service. The work was carried out without a hitch, and the lifts have been back in service for weeks now without a problem.

Forge lifts do not know how to communicate with their Clients. Rude & unprofessional written communication from Megan and Liam to a Client that had 5 service contracts placed, all have since been terminated. If you want to work with a lift engineer that knows how to communicate respectfully, avoid Forge Lifts like the plague.
