Ordered a Intercooler for my golf gti, and also a turbo blanket a week later. I called to ask why the intercooler is not being processed, to be advised it would not be ready for 5 weeks. Which i was not told from the start. The blanket turned up the next day, faulty. A missing stud press, but when i called they said it is up to me to return it AT MY COST? so i was left with no choice but to pay the postage(which is against the sales of goods act here in the uk)So i cancelled all of what i ordered and paid for the return of a faulty item. Weeks later, i asked where is the reiburstment of my returned item cost is....nothing, no reply to my email. 2 weeks later i noticed a £15 goodwill gesture thru my paypal....
I was surprised and about to thank them..but then realised it cost me over £6 to send back.. so what really have they done..no apology from the start of how it went and no replys.
So no, im not thanking anyone

Had a fantastic experience down at forge motorsport, Gloucester. Had my Hyundai i20N mapped and an induction kit fitted along with a BOV valve and the muffler delete. Paul Huges took great care of us, initially over the phone where he talked me through the best kit to install for my vehicle and also when we arrived for installation, Paul’s a great bloke and really knows his stuff. All the staff here are really friendly supplying us with plenty of coffee and also taking us into town to have a mooch round Gloucester quays while they carried the installation. A 5 Star a company.

if i could remove that star i would. possibly the worst customer service i’ve ever received n that’s disregarding the fact it took weeks for just a response.
been waiting for the same part for 4 months now and whenever i email to checkup i get no response even though i was told it’d take max 3 weeks
cannot express how poorly this company has handled my situation and this has put me off them for life.
i’ve shared my experience with people i know and some even had similar stories to tell which was all i needed to know.
absolutely appalling and not something you’d expect from people who consider themselves professionals.

One of the best customer service ive ever received from any company. Last year purchased a actuator, the car was running a little funny but turns out it was an error made by the mechanics during refitting of the turbo. The staff at forge motorsport endured all my phone calls, assisted way more than i expected. They seemed enthusiastic to help me get my car back up to scratch whilst any other company would see you as a nuisance. Recently have enquired for a custom boost pipe which i couldnt locate anywhere. They analysed and researched my case, located exactly what i need from an external company and sent me direct to the company without benefitting in any way from it. If that isnt customer service i dont know what is. Mr John Withers is an amazing man, i wish him all the best.

Bought a few things in the past made by forge, but first time buying from there website the other night, i got a full coolant hose set, customer service is top tier just like there products, definitely recommend anyone to buy from this company, great quality products

Hello i just wana share super positive review about forge ,i order from them some parts for my car about one year before but start working on car just now and some of the parts were defected so i contact them and they send it imidietly with DHL express.
Their claim process is fast and without any problems ,if i can give them 6 out of 5 stars i would.

I had a minor issue with a problem I had bought from Demon Tweeks (Not from Forge directly) and no word of a lie the customer services couldn't of been better.

They sorted it quickly, promptly and even gave me the missing part even though it was Demon Tweeks who has supplied the kit. Exceptional. What a place.

I took my Abarth to Forge yesterday for a number of upgrades. Paul, Luke and the team at Forge did a superb job and as per the quote I had received. Before that I had numerous telephone conversations with them. They could not have been more helpful or patient!

i had talked with somebody aboute my intake from forge first they did not give me a replacement but after some time they did after i wrote a reveiw on it here i got a free carbon top and a mug with key chain, i got my carbon top that i nedded for my build thats all that matters to me

I have over the years purchased various parts for different cars. Throughout my purchases I have had utmost customer care. All items received have been as ordered, all on time. My induction kit was of a high professional standard. I have even been little presents here and there. New mug to have with my coffee. Highly recommend awesome company.

The level of customer service is like nothing I’ve experienced before, really go above and beyond to help out with any problems. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants nice upgrades for their car, you really cant go wrong!

Recently visited Forge HQ in UK to get a silicone intake pipe and recirculating dump valve test fitted to my Cupra Formentor (which is so new there aren’t many parts for it). They fitted the parts for free, took 20% of the parts and even dropped my family and I off in Gloucester whilst work was carried out. Luke also took the time to talk to my 8 yr old about some of their kick ass cars. Overall fantastic service 👌, will be returning for the carbon air induction kit once it’s released.

Having used Forge Motorsport products on turbo'd Ford's and Subaru's for 20 years, knowing of the build quality and never having any issues i trust the brand, and am now using the products while building a project car with my son.

The 2nd time I've used the Forge website and once again absolutely superb.

I purchased a Forge Silicone Induction pipe for my Abarth 595. The transaction was seamless and received the package the next day.

I also received text message updates about dispatch and tracking details so always knew what stage the process was at.

Forge products are absolutely superb and well packaged. You can maybe buy cheaper but it's definitely a case of 'you get what you pay for'. I will definitely buy from them again.
