I've order from Forget Me Not Ashes Jewellery several times and I honestly wouldn't get my ashes Jewellery anywhere else! I originally got recommended this website from a friend as she told me all unused ashes got returned to you and I fell in love with the ring at first sight! Everything from the finest details from the way the ashes are handled, the kit that gets sent out, the packaging, and the communication is fantastic! Even this time I requested a size up on the ring and as well as an email to let me know the ashes were there, Paula let me know that the swap is fine and it's no problem at all! I Can't thank Paula enough for everything she does for those grieving and need a little bit of something to hold onto! Thank you Paula :)

Absolutely thrilled with our beautiful piece of jewellery from Forget Me Not Ashes. The website was so easy to navigate and the owner was so helpful with amendments we needed. The whole experience was such a joy and I was kept up to date with it all. When we received our piece of jewellery it was packaged so well and the jewellery itself was beautiful, even better than we imagined and we will always be grateful to have such a special piece of jewellery to keep forever. Paula was fantastic from start to finish. The online ordering process was easy and Paula confirmed my colour choice was the best as I wanted Manchester City blue for my Dad.

We recently ordered 13 items after my mum unexpectedly passing away. This company was amazing they contacted me right away to double check everything on my order and when there was an issue come up with the delivery of the ashes to them they were amazing in handling it and were so polite and friendly. Once we received all the jewellery back everyone of us has been so happy with what we have had. Honestly couldn't have asked for better service of products.
