Successful support experience fixing configuration
In a recent support experience I was struggling to identify the solution to a behavior that I knew should function reusing multiple fields to populate another field with their combined values. And while the documentation is very good, I was struggling to find an issue in my configuration. With only a short back and forth Savvas was able to guide me to the ideal conclusion thus allowing me to correctly configure the PDF Form I was building.

Form.io is a hidden gem and very powerful
We have been using the open source version of Form.io for many years and have recently begun evaluating the paid version to add support for offline access and also PDF form support. Form.io's staff has been excellent throughout the process and I honestly feel Form.io is a hidden gem that solves a huge problem, without the traditional development and support headaches.

Form.io is incredible and exactly what we've been searching for. For years, we have gone through many different form builders and while most of them had some good features, they were all lacking in crucial areas that made it impossible for us to continue using them. After many years of struggling, we found Form.io and now we're able to do exactly what we wanted to do for years but couldn't. The team at Form.io is also incredible helpful and knowledgeable.
