Scam company! Do not order.

Sent me a fake adidas jumper - supposedly men’s XL, but it would fit a child.

Will not give me details to return, instead offered me 30% of the money back. I am now having to go through my bank to get the money back.

Product arrived on time, is about all I can say that is positive.
I purchased a Washington Commanders Coaches Jacket as i just knew it would be warm (for pitchside) and sure enough it is, nice fleece, stury jacket.

Then i wore it, about 10-12 times, washed it once on very low temp and all the decal started to come away. Which means in a few washses my jacekt "like the teams season" will soon fall away....! All i will be left with is ashi ton Com d ers

If i wanted a stury black fleece lined jacket i would have gone elesewhere, but as a fan I wanted to show support for my team.

Contacted support and basically becuase I didnt wear it many times and wash it in 30 days my claim is null and void! I mean who in August (in the UK) wears a heavy jacket and washes it that soon?

I will never buy from them again! What a waste of money.

SCAM! I ordered a jacket from them and after a week it said my order was still being processed. I decided to just ask for a refund instead considered they hadn't even shipped it yet, they replied to my email requesting me to give it a little more time to be shipped, I said no I want a refund and they repeated that email again. Eventually they agreed to refund me but they won't even give me a full refund. They stated that as per their cancellation policy a 30% deduction will apply to cover their “transaction and processing fees.” I don't know how much it costs to just take my money and do nothing but, it's certainly now £22.50! Still waiting to receive some of my money back, I’m going to have to go through my bank to try and get it in full.

Poor quality, my hoody fell apart a few weeks after getting it, don’t buy from here! Refused to refund or swap for something of better quality

This is a scam site. They make the garment to order - no labels, no washing instructions & no material construction. It took over a month to arrive, credit card went to a company in saudi arabia & package was sent from Pakistan!! Do not buy anything from this fake site!!!!

Absolutely fantastic these guys are doing a terrific job. Dont be scared to reach out to them during your order, they will work with you to get the perfect outcome.

Scam company! AVOID!

Tried to return a suit within the 30 days. Said we could not as it was custom made when it was just a standard size! They asked for measurements via email after order, and we never sent them, and they sent the suit anyway - how can it be custom made! No where on the order page it suit did it state custom made. Came and shocking material and I think Stevie wonder stitched the pants. No size or wash care labels. Shocking.

Refused a refund - said 50% so are going against consumer rights. Currently in the process of sending info to the bank, and trading standards as they’re not giving me details to return the item.

I would rate them a zero if I could. Poor quality, poor sizing. Tried to say I had bought a custom made order to stop them giving me a refund, would only offer half the price I paid when in actual fact I purchased a size m which when measured was closer to a UK XL. Save yourselves the hassle and purchase from somewhere else.

Total scam. No sizing guide so ordered 2 sizes. When arrived looked nothing like the photos on the website. When contacted to arrange a return told that the items are ‘custom made’ and not eligible for return as per their policies which are not listed anywhere as part of order process or anywhere on their website. Also they list themselves as a UK company but they are based in Pakistan. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would.

This company are scam artist, I am still awaiting my parcel to be shipped after ordering it 2 weeks ago. I keep being told its bring processed and awaiting quality checks. The item ordered is not an item that needs to be made as is a football hoody made by adidas. Please do not use this company. I have contacted them and it will be guaranteed to be delivered for Father’s Day. However it is Wednesday and still not been shipped out.

Ordered a shirt as my gf sent it to me and I didn't do my due diligence. Complete scam, deformed sizing, massive rip-off. Avoid unless you want £1 clothing for £50. It did actually arrive unlike other reviews but I had to chase and it's unwearable.
