The course was interactive with a diverse range of professional. This helped people attending be able to offer tips they have to others. The whole training was explained in away novices could understand. I come aware more aware and knowledgeable

My experience of the day, the content of the course and how the course was delivered by Shaun was very professional, informative and I learnt a lot. I was kept engaged all day, and met some lovely people on the course. I came away wanting to return to being an independent form f assessor and I now feel I have the skills to do this.

Shaun was a really good trainer, great combination of sharing his own experience, with activities to encourage reflection and knowledge around the subject area (form F assessing). Particularly liked that he spent time at the end going through the practicalities of doing freelance form F assessing - really helpful. Would definitely recommend this training.

Thorough course led by experienced Form F Assessor. Good, clear advice given about undertaking such in-depth assessments. Trainer was good at involving everyone & getting through the course content, also providing very useful case studies & examples.

This training was fantastic, especially for those new to Fostering and Form F assessments. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and allowed all participants to share their experiences and understanding throughout the day.

I found the training to be very informative about the assessment process and the importance of due diligence during the assessment of potential Foster Carers.

The tutor was experienced and knowledgeable in this field, which enabled them to answer questions raised about the whys, whats and what nots...

I attended on line training on a Saturday morning. Not how I would usually spend my time on the weekend. But I was pleased I did. The trainer was knowledgable and easy to listen to. The group was made up of experienced social workers who were eager to be involved. I enjoyed it very much.

The trainer was amazing, I did not feel like I was asking too many questions or that my questions/ answers were silly. I have recommended this training to many of my colleagues already and have emphasised that they complete it though Sirius! I left the training feeling refreshed and most importantly equipped and ready to begin completing form f assessments. I also want to add how it can feel daunting from the offset having to complete training on a Saturday morning but honestly, the time went so quick. The training was filled with so many different professionals with a range of experience from different teams and that alone was so refreshing and added to the overall knowledge acquired. If you are thinking of doing this training please do it, it’s 100% worth the money!!

When I woke up on a Saturday to do training after working a busy week I was not looking forward for the day ahead. However, this training session was really interesting. The trainer Shaun was very knowledgeable and often encouraged discussion, which was great. The hours went quick and I felt like I was truly learning. Definitely recommend.

Undertaking the Form F assessment was a great experience and although it was done online it went smoothly and everyone was able to interact.
The day was set up well and the trainer was very experienced.
