I was very happy with the support I received from Jonathan and Steve. They both handled my issues very fast. I would recommend Formidable software to anyone.

I've had nothing but great support from the team at Formidable. My latest experience was absolutely amazing. Their was a bug that caused imports to not work. After diagnosing myself, I created a ticket with both Formidable and my host. The host was able to reproduce it but my server wasn't throwing any errors. Formidable also reproduced it, and passed it on to their dev team. Within just a few hours, they'd pushed a new update that fixed the issue. Thanks Nathaniel, for passing this on to the Dev Team!

I was a new user of Formidable Forms and still within the 14 day refund period and raised a simple support issue with them. I created a simple one field form with a checkbox and wanted to populate the list with data from a mysql table. My query for data worked and I created the appropriate hook using the Formidable tools documentation. However nothing was displayed. I raised the support issue and set them the form the hook code and the sql code to create my table in a hope that they could find out what was wrong. I was amazed at the responses I was getting from support in that despite using a built in and supported feature in these hooks as they call them as it is default software the moment that you try to put data into the hook so that it gets displayed Formidable refused to help as since i have used my own code in the frame work of the hook they class this as CUSTOM CODE and they do not support this. SO what is the point of having built-in features that are supported but at the same time you try to use them the support is declined. I would have thought as a new user within 14 days they would have bent over backwards to try and help me , but all i got was a hostile opposite , they stated that they would not write the mysql query for me despite me sending the code to them with the query already written and tested outside of Formidable Forms.

PLEASE BE VERY WARY OF WHAT THEIR SUPPORT ACTUALLY MEANS AS ANYTHING YOU USE THEY CAN DECLINE SUPPORT IF THEY DONT WANT TO HELP . Do not pay for something that you are likely not to get any help on

There comes a time with Every software where you as the customer needs assistance with something. The support team at Formidable are incredible! they are knowledgeable, extremely friendly and VERY helpful and respond with lightning speed.

I've been using formidable forms alongside major corporations of the world for many years. If you rely on ease of custom form building, and require conditional logic this is the right product. There are a variety of API opportunities and have great support.

Once again, Formidable solved my problem quickly and diligently. I was trying to pass data from 1 form to another using a URL query string. Works easy-peasy for all fields, except this time I could not get a Lookup field to use the query string data. I've done this successfully in a previous FF app. But this time I spent days, but just could not figure it. When I finally asked for help, FF Support where on it within hours, dug deep and diligently into my actual app on my site, and resolved it within ~24h. .. was a syntax-type issue that I created.

Anyone who has reached out for tech support knows that the devil is in the details. Support teams are so immersed in the product they often take for granted that end users are not as familiar. Which can lead to frustration and endless back and forth messaging.

Not the case with Formidable! Quick, intuitive responses that helped me solve the issue with as little pain as possible. It's a great application and they are constantly updating it to reflect the evolving needs of the community.
