Ordered from them on the 11th February. Received a confirmation email of my order and the money has gone from my bank account
Heard nothing for a week and then I started enquiring - sent an email reply to the confirmation emails as it says to do for any queries, sent a request form, DM’d them on Instagram and commented on one of their posts. Have heard absolutely nothing. Shocking service. Do not order from them!!
My delivery is going to an address that I haven't been at for 5 years. I have unsuccessfully tried to contact these people via Messenger, support email and through the website asking for the address to be changed before delivery. My first message was within 5 minutes of the order being placed. They have no contact number and obviously no employees administering their emails and messaging services. Not only is my order going to the wrong address, it going to the wrong country. Basically I am feeling robbed and have wasted money.
Ordered many various products for my whole family. Shipment was split into 3-4 packages, each arrived from different country and in various dates. Longest took 1 month to be delivered. I had to pay customs tax for some packages that arrived from countries outside our economic zone. This isn't even that bad, most of the products were OK, but one package was completely different from what I have ordered. Size, color, style - most probably misrouted or wrong order shipped to me. When I contacted Support via email, they have never replied. 0 answers since Christmas. I have never seen a T-shirt I paid for, which can be considered scam or fraud.
Ordered 2 at the end of November received none no correspondence whatsoever although they claim to answer quickly ruined 2 Christmas presents
Definitely do not order from this company absolute waste of time and your money
Order promised before Christmas. Once money taken, communication stopped
Order will not be delivered before Christmas
Waiting for a gift to arrive and on checking it's just been 'returned' without even being delivered and I don't have a refund for it either
