The advertisement was eye catching the eye and product looking very impressive. I did not like the messages indicative of additional costs which were not presented upfront. I also appreciate the swift/ prompt response when I requested cancellation, confirnmation was instant with a promise for a refund (in progress).

Had to call due to money being taken…
Had to call due to money being taken from my account without my knowledge after paying for parking. I won't get a refund until I have left a review for Teekay. I'm not happy about the situation but if this helps me get my money back then Teekay has been a star!
