Fornia Build has recently overseen our kitchen modernisation. Working closely with our kitchen fitters and mindful of our family and neighbours they worked with the highest level of respect, professionalism, skill and expertise throughout. The project was completed on time - and the team was courteous and extra helpful every step of the way. We are delighted with the result and the whole experience has been positive.

We employed Fornia Build in Sept ’20 to undertake building works for a new kitchen, utility room and orangery in our Edwardian home. The works involved were complex, and at times challenging, but Fornia Build performed an outstanding job in realising our dream. We are truly delighted with our new living space!

Fornia Build did various jobs for us from fllor tiling to plumbing and carpentry. We were extremely happy with the professional work and help and guidance. James and his team have a can do attitude and we would certainly be very happybto use them again.

After purchasing our new build home at the beginning of 2019 we had huge dreams for what could be. We searched and searched what we wanted to create and James helped create the most amazing front garden that is low maintenance but hugely impactful. James installed beautiful rustic pressure treated sleepers to creat amazing raised flower beds for our front garden. We get so many comments on how beautiful they look but still rustic with the modern cottage feel of our house. We have since had James back in regards to fitting an additional set of patio door in our kitchen (already having them in our lounge). We have been informed that we need to wait a little longer for the house to settle. Once we have to go ahead we will be calling Janes to arrange this. I see many future projects on the horizon with Hanes and can’t wait to make our visions a reality.

Having had a new kitchen and building work completed by Fornia in 2018, we then found we had a problem with our underfloor heating in January 2020. Sadly, neither the plumber or the tiler would take responsibility so James came, once the fault had been fixed, and relayed the tile that needed to be taken up and re grouted. We were so pleased with the service we received once again. Fornia stepped up and fixed our problem without any fuss or cost to ourselves. Superb customer service.

James and all at Fornia Build are extremely skilled and excellent at what they do. James provided a very detailed quote so we knew exactly what we were spending. He gave us a timeframe which he stuck to. We had building work completed, all to the highest standard. James is very personable and easy to get on with. He answers any questions we had fully and quickly.
I would recommend Fornia Build and will be using them again if we have further building work done.

Had James from Fornia to quote us on hanging eleven doors. The quote was not the cheapest but James approach impressed me and my husband. James turned up on time when agreed and completed the job on time in a professional manner and nothing was to much trouble.

Great work from a great team, a complex project that James worked through with us right to the end.

James from Fornia is extremely attentive to detail, has high standards and is always available and responds very quickly. He is bright, thinks outside of the box and has lots of building experience which helps him to be creative and always find an appropriate technical and aesthetically pleasing solution. He is also very respectful of costs which never exceeded his detailed quotes. We had a full floor refurbished and a new kitchen fitted with James and are very happy with the end result.

James and his team are helpful and attentive. From late nights to weekend working James will go the extra mile to get the job done to a very high quality and on time.
