I had an issue regarding my subscription to ForPetStuff.com, which I do not recall authorizing. Recently, an amount of €6.95 was deducted from my account, and I would like to request a refund for this unauthorized transaction.
And the Support line (Mr.Jamal - Handled with expertise - [Support #19] ) gave me a great and exceptional support and clear communication throughout the process have been greatly appreciated by understanding my situation.
The issue was resolved so quickly and in efficent way than I thought. Again my heartfelt thanks to Jamal for your prompt and professional assistance in resolving my issue so fast.
