I bought these products as a gift for a friend and spent a considerable amount of money, expecting good-quality products. Unfortunately, the quality was terrible, and the products developed problems almost immediately.

When I complained and asked to return them and get my money back, the company made the whole process extremely difficult. Instead of simply resolving the problem, they refused to guarantee a full refund and made it seem like I could lose part of the money even though I was complaining about the quality.

The whole experience honestly felt like a scam to me — especially the way the refund was handled. I strongly warn others to think twice before spending a large amount of money here. I definitely regret this purchase and would never order from this shop again.

I seriously regret spending my money here and can only warn others based on my experience. The copper products I received turned black inside after their first contact with water. I have owned copper utensils for years and have never experienced quality like this.

The worst part was trying to get my money back. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused to guarantee a full refund, wanted me to pay return costs, and said they would decide afterwards how much money they would keep. Eventually, they stopped responding.

Please think twice before spending a large amount of money here. My experience raised serious red flags, and I wish I had read a warning like this before ordering. I would never buy from this shop again.
