Excellent customer service and excellent products ! We are sleeping great on our new temporary mattress until our new one is shipped to us . Everyone was very genuine and helpful . We are thrilled with the fact of our mattress being 100 percent toxic free and made with natural materials !

We purchased a full size mattress for our daughter's first "big girl" bed. The product we purchased was going to be delayed from the factory, but Urban Mattress Fort Collins had the next model up available in stock, so they upgraded us for free. They delivered the mattress the day after we bought it and our daughter loves it! Very satisfied with our experience!

Joel was very knowledgeable about all of his products. We told him what we were looking for and he knew exactly what we needed. He didn't use any aggressive or pushy sales tactics. It gave me confidence that he knew what he was selling was a good mattress. Purchasing was quick and efficient. He told us 2 weeks to get the mattress made and sent to us. It arrived exactly when he said it would. The delivery was easy. They offered mattress removal, showed up during the time frame, and called when they were 30 minutes out. We have had the mattress for a few days, and we already feel so much better. Less pain better sleep. Great experience and mattress. This is our fourth mattress in a few months. We are beyond relieved that we found somebody that could point to the mattress we needed and be right.

We purchased a mattress and adjustable base from Urban Mattress. The mattress was worth every penny as it is very comfortable. Unfortunately we tried multiple bases and none of them worked with our bed frame (due to large drawers). While disappointing, the folks from Urban Mattress did everything they could to make it work. And when it didn't the refunded us quickly with no fuss. I would work with Mark and his team again any time for our future needs!

We absolutely love our new bed from Urban Mattress! This is the mattress we've been looking for, having gone through several over the past few years that never lived up to our expectations (or dealer promises.) It is well-built and amazingly comfortable. Mark, the owner, was so helpful from the minute we walked into the store. He showed us a few mattresses, making sure, as he said, not to overload us with information as can be the case in a purchase like this. From my first phone call to the bed delivery, I am pleased to say that the service was superb! Ordering a bed from long distance can be a stressful event; however Joel eased my anxiety by answering all my questions and providing me with information I didn’t even know I needed!!
In these stressful times, on-time delivery of goods can be challenging to say the least. The delivery process was excellent and efficient.

Selecting and purchasing a mattress has some challenging aspects, but Urban Mattress made the experience relatively easy and completely pleasant. They are friendly and well-informed about their products. Polite and sincere in their communications with customers. I would recommend them without qualification.

We had an excellent mattress buying experience. We went into purchase a bed for my youngest child, and ended up getting a bed for each of our children, with the intention of upgrading for my husband and I within the next couple years. We love that the mattresses are locally made, and we feel like the reduction in carbon impact and environmental impact overall is huge. Plus, they are extremely comfortable with amazing sales people. Could not recommend urban mattress more highly!
