Great service. my dogs seem happy with the food, though they are not big eaters at the best of times ! It's bizarre.

I've been feeding my Cocker Spaniel Forthglade dog food for years now, i.e. Wet and Lightly Baked ranges. They are all brilliant and my little dog loves them all, including the brown rice versions. Never had a problem. My dog also enjoys your great variety of dog treats. Customer Service superb and delivery received very quickly and packaged very securely. Thank you.

Trays burst open
Trays burst open. Food all over the inside of box. Had tp throw away lots of them as too damaged and open. Tried to contact forthglade on phone....waited 20 mibs and got to number 1 in the queue, to be cut off. Tried to email forthglade, not able to submit. Wrote to head office....no reply. Will not be ordering from them again. Such a shame. And all they have done since is e mail me with offers, but wont reply to my complaint. What is sad is that w read reviews about the same issue but decided to give them a try as my dog loves the food.

We’re also extremely sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced trying to contact us, including being cut off after waiting on the phone, being unable to submit your email enquiry, and not receiving a reply to your letter. This is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers.
One of the team will be in touch with you tomorrow to get this fully resolved and ensure that you are not left out of pocket. I unfortunately haven’t been able to locate your previous contacts to us, which is not an excuse, just an explanation as to why we have not already been in touch.

My dog was very ill with tummy upsets…
My dog was very ill with tummy upsets and fur falling out. I discovered she was sensitive to carrots omega 3 and lamb. I now give her 90% meat forthglade with a whole grain mixer and forthglade treats and she is fully well again. Beautiful coat, and running around like a pup again, even though she is 10 yrs old. Thank you for giving us a wonderful product for our dog.

Order not received
I have tried to contact you to let you know my order wasnt received. The courier company have let you know there was a problem. I cancelled my subscription but have still not heard from you. Shame really as the food was good on the first order.

Excellent service and delivery. My dog seems to like the kibble, really likes the cold pressed - I shall transition her to this, but unfortunately she does not like the wet food.
