A professional service provider

Fortis took over management of our blocks in 2023 following failed service from the previous agents. Fortis was very professional and helpful throughout the handover, dealt with historic accounting and service issues and guided our Board to achieve a successful compensation claim. It is evident that Fortis works for the benefit of its clients and is willing to take on board views and direction from such. I am confident the estate is in good hands going forward.

Thank you for you kind words Dorothy. It has been a rewarding process to get the Service Charges back to an even keel and we are now looking forward to a prosperous future for the building.

In support of the above comment made by Ollie

In support of the above comment made by Ollie in regards to Andy's initial post; Fortis Block who took on our block management at the very end of last year had Issues with the hand over from the previous management which delayed the issue of last year's accounts.

Please ignore Andy above

Please ignore Andy above. 8 out of 9 flats are engaged with Fortisblock; he is the outlier who has brought numerous nuisance litigations. We remain in our infancy in our relationship with Fortisblock and are trying to overcome obstacles to neighbourly relations and instigate processes to improve our estate.

Fortis manage my block of flats in North London

Fortis manage my block of flats in north London & they have been in office since 21 Dec 2023. Our leases say that the annual accounts are due by 25 March every year.

Despite reminders, Fortis have not yet circulated the accounts.
