Very bad experience and still experiencing! Painfully! Shockingly! And more Pain!!!!!!!! Upset!!!!!!
Stacked with their building management and letting with their words but disappointed with the statistics, the fact they delivered!
Not sure what they do to manage the property, and marketing, before it takes ages just to change my current address, they misleading about services charge, I kept corresponding emails just to keep the records!
My property investment is between two universities, providing facilities e.g. Cinema, gym,
I can't speak to other investors, but they manage to manage my rental income per three months from
£1356, then £1224, then £1004, then £866.4
No matter what they said about what they do,
I think statistics speaks louder than words!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know about their wages, how they can have peace in their mind to take investors money, give this poor performance!!!!!!!!!;
Is that fair perhaps they have the same wages, perhaps even higher wages!
I think selling, renting a property is not difficult, but if your property have anything to do with them in long term
e.g. Management, letting!!!!!!

I doubted Fortis words about maximum investors profit, which the statistics shows the opposite!
I'm on the process purchasing another property investment, the first thing I asked, if it is Fortis is the developer, managing it, I don't think so!
I started to doubt about the agency who sold me this property, I don't want say the name yet, to be observed!
Look at the statistics about my property, either it says it is a poor investment which Fortis is the developer, do not trust any of their project, either it says it is Fortis poor Management, not cost efficient, spending more but delivery less, perhaps worse Fortis poor marketing, use the easiest way, discount to let your property which has so much to offer, just wondering their wages which I think comes from investors profit is the same, why don't they decrease their wages like the investors profit?
Do not fooled by Fortis words but look at the statistics!

Do not fool by them, letting, three years contracts, there is way out, management is stacked!
Learn from my mistakes, do not fool by Fortis words, development, management, but look at the statistics yourself, speak to previous investors!!!!!!!!
They can always find excuses to for their mistakes, incompetent, or perhaps their greedy,and your loss!
Although they are polite, say nice words, did improve to answer the phone, there is no much integrity about this company !
How can they dare to charge £75.000 for management fee when they manage the investment yield from £8% to 5.3% within one year!
I'm on the process selling the property, hopefully the agency will be honest to the next investors, at least they know is not 8%,
The trend is from 8% drop down to 5.3%!
The worst thing is that I checked on the letting website, they rent out very well with the reasonable price, but investors are getting less and less!
I'll never buy anything from Fortis in the future, there is no much integrity, capability, good attitude about this company !
I'm selling it and buying from another agency from not Fortis developer and management!
In property field I learnt to avoid anything about Fortis!
