Hard to understand what you pay for. You get a sence of feeling being robbed.

I took their Eurobonus offer in the airport as they have quite good salesman there. They tell you that the offer is for your advantage but actually you will be charged higher extra fees as compared to other electricity companies. They told me they will manage the move of my electricity. For some reason I do not understand, they selected to start my contract with them on the last day of the month (since they insist that they will be the one to cancel from my previous company) and charged me admin fees for that one single day of that month. So all the free first month fees they gave me is just nothing since it was charged for this one single day! The salesman also told me that this free extra offer will not be renewed automatically. But no, I have to call to cancel it, which I almost did not notice. When I asked to cancel my contract they insited that there is a 12-month binding contract, which was never discussed by the salesman nor clearly stipulated in the contract. It was on a linkable tiny print in the contract that they gave you. So I complained to Energimaknasbyran, which told me that the 12-month bind is not valid since it was not clearly stated in my contract. Worst it took them 6 weeks to answer my complaint and finally admit that they are wrong! But they are quite fast replying to you when signing for your contract. I finally got rid of them when I told them I will file a complain to the National Board for Consumer Disputes if they don't. Don't sign with this company as they are very deceiving with their offers.
