I had the pleasure of working with Dylan during my admissions process and it had a profound impact on my applications and significantly influenced the program I chose to attend. I decided relatively late in the MPP cycle to apply to programs and thus initially considered applying to only three programs. Dylan believed I could be more ambitious and his encouragement persuaded me to apply to nine programs in total, including the top ranked MPP program I am currently attending. Beyond helping me understand my narrative and its value to MPP programs, Dylan was a friend. In moments of self-doubt and fear he encouraged me. I find that to be the markings of a consummate professional and of a genuinely good human being. I don't know where I'd be in my MPP journey if it wasn't for Dylan.
