Unprofessional and extremely rude and not service minded, but only taking money. One star is too much!
We brought out 3 years old and just right after climbing the pony our son was afraid and did not want to continue, i.e. before even 1 minute. The personel did not return the money and talked very rude to me and my wife both, no level of understanding for kids or feedback. The person rudely replied nobody will listen to your review and feedback, and our boss Christian does not care.
So to anyone with small kid, STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE AND PEOPLE.
To fortunen personel, wake up! start rethinking about being customer centric, or at least listen to so many poor reviews you have received here or on Google review platform. We are not surprised to see so many poor reviews here.
