Serious Trade Integrity Issues – Live Trade Disappeared, $15,000 Loss, Poor Oversight

I am posting this review to warn other traders about my experience with Fortune Prime Global regarding trade integrity, transparency, and broker oversight.

I was involved in a copy-trading arrangement that used a live Fortune Prime Global trading account (Account: 8797206). I paid USD 1,500 to access this setup, which was represented as a live, transparent trading environment.

On 28 January, a trade was clearly executed and visible on the live account. I personally observed this trade on the platform. Later, the trade completely disappeared from the account history, with no broker-generated record, adjustment notice, or explanation shown on the platform.

When questioned, I was told the account was being moved to another server group, that the trade was “taken by an API,” and therefore removed. I was further told the trade allegedly closed with a profit but was “not the trader’s trade.”

From a client perspective, this explanation is deeply concerning. Executed trades on live accounts should not simply vanish, regardless of server changes or APIs. This raises serious questions about platform controls, audit trails, and client protection.

As a result of trading activity on this account, I incurred losses of approximately USD 15,000. After these losses, further representations were made encouraging continued participation through additional trading bots, which later proved to be misrepresented.

I have formally escalated this matter to Fortune Prime Global’s compliance department and to the FSCA for regulatory review, as this appears to be a broker-side system and oversight issue rather than a simple trading loss.

I strongly urge potential clients to:
• Demand full broker confirmation of all live trades
• Be cautious of explanations involving server changes or APIs
• Ensure proper transparency and auditability before trading

This review reflects my direct experience and is shared to help other traders make informed decisions.
