Won the max 25 dollars w my free play (even though I actually won more than that) tried to redeem, which is what I usually do before putting money into these sites to see if they’re legitimate, customer service told me I first have to purchase a minimum package, then win over 100 dollars to make a withdrawal then hope it comes which I don’t think it will because even on this site somebody won and couldn’t redeem after doing all of that and I hear the same thing from other people I’ve talked to, it also violates the sweepstakes rules in America because they don’t let you cash out until you purchase and then reach a minimum threshold of 100 on top of that! The high threshold would be fine if they pay out as a sweepstakes casino is supposed to even with your free play, but that’s not the case and there are other nonsensical requirements. I went ahead and bought in just so I could redeem and it still wouldn’t let me even with the gift card option which is ridiculous so I played through it to try and hit the hundred dollar minimum threshold and lost it immediately. Sounds like a complete scam.

Fun but also disappointing.
This website is great, and the games are fun, but I think it's pretty stupid that they pay out winnings based on Tier levels. I won $500 but can only redeem $100 a day because I am only Tier 1. Once I redeem the last $100 of the $500, I'll cancel my account.

I signed up a few days ago and I bought a package with my wife’s card because I didn’t have mine with me. I started playing and I won $450 so when I got home to my card I tried to cash it out. It kept getting denied every time I tried to cash out and i got a message saying they wanted pictures of my card I was redeeming the money with. I sent the picture and tried to redeem the money again. It got denied again but this time they wanted a picture of my wife’s card for some reason so I sent the picture and got an email saying my account was banned for using her card to buy a package. BEWARE of this scam! They just didn’t want to pay what I was owed.

I never thought I would win a JACKPOT, unreal man!!
I joined a week or so ago, and I played multiple games. I didn't win a whole lot at first, then I was taken to the Jackpot Hunt game while I was playing, which if you opt-in will popup to play once in a while. I don't know how I got so lucky, but all of a sudden I hit the JACKPOT for $5k+!! I swear I stared at the screen with my mouth dropped for like 15 minutes LOL.. I got all of my account and cards verified with the help of customer service, who were so awesome btw, and I already withdrew my first amount. I don't particularly like the daily withdrawl limit but I understand when you win a large amount they have to verify and theyt have their limits. My experience so far has been so great, I had to share because I know just like I did, people read these reviews. Trust me, if something shady had happened I would tell people, but I can tell you honestly you can win big on this site! If you don't believe me, see my review of another online casino that was actually shady. Hands on the best I’ve encountered. Customer service is to be rivaled, the representative Aria was prompt knowledgeable and patient. She gave me presidential service and I really appreciate it. The only downside is I did a redemption on a holiday weekend but the upside is I was waiting on Tuesday and it hasn’t been 12hrs. and was surprised by my redemption hitting my account if I could give 10 stars I would. FortuneWheelz is one of the best sites I have been on. It is fair and there are tons of games. It hardly ever just runs with your money, I usually get to play for at least half hour between daily bonuses and freeplay and actually win a lot!
