Am very disappointed that I had to chase for payments to be made. Recently, after chasing i was informed by customer service that my redemption request was rejected. My account shows processing. Customer services says they are reviewing and will get back to me. No idea why it was rejected. My FCs have not gone back to my account. Not satisfied at all with this, and waiting to see what happens here.

Great casino, just wish they paid the same day. Because if you win on a Friday you're not getting it until Tuesday. But otherwise if you win on a Tuesday you'll get it on a Thursday. I just see if you pay and you can take the money right out, if you win you should be able to take the money right out not with the virtual card where you can't actually get the money.

I would of gave them a five start review I still am angry have not played on their much sense but they did an offer of 9.99 coin pack with 1,000,000 free sweeps per their rules not transactions can be null and void have screen shots of this they will not even fix glitches that happen on their end I really should give it a 1 star after all the pop deals they offer but every time you try to claim one it says offer not available I emailed them twice they messaged back once and still have not fixed it so I moved over to imperial treasures love it I win and get to play for a while over here seems like donate or if I am lucky break even!
