Money taken, no product received
My teenage son ordered from this company thinking they were a legit business. Products did not arrive when expected. We reached out to website and requested a refund. They claimed the package was lost by USPS. The package was returned to sender (as shown by USPS tracking). Ended up getting in touch with owner and he claimed the wrong address was provided (I think we know our own address). Now, a month later, the owner still hasn't issued a credit and my son is out $96. The owner has argued with us for weeks. The owner also admitted that he works out of his grandparent's basement.
I guess Christianity isn't what it used to be. This company is run by a couple of guys that claim to be christians supporting mental illness. One of the partners claims to run a $100m+ business. I'm not sure why he thought it was relevant to mention that but I assume it was to appear smarter. If that was true, why would he be involved with a $96 dispute.
I caution anyone considering this company to think twice about it.
Also worth noting is the reviews on their website. They remove any negative reviews from their website and all social media platforms. That's being dishonest.
