Everything was great, the delivery time, the quality. Just the option of delivery is missing. I would rather wait 2 weeks for delivery than to have it in 3 days on my porch paying 5 times the price.

Great Customer service. I used the service to buy a product and have it shipped to me. Every step was communicated, I was able to contact customer service with enquired and received replies in a timely manner, and received my product a lot sooner than expected.

Needed to order an item from Singapore shipped to the US. The shop for me service was very easy, surprisingly fast, and felt secure.

Be mindful of the cost of shipping to the US, as that is not included when you initially buy the item. For my purchase, shipping was more than the item itself, but I was able to check the shipping cost manually before ordering the item.

Streamlined and responsive customer service. It was my first time using them to buy and ship Ayurvedic products from India and shipping to the US.
There were a few hiccups with one of the products being unavailable at one store. I was notified that it was unavailable and was able to switch to a different online store.
Communication is a little lacking. When I reached out to them it was answered within 24 hrs which was great. The area they could improve would be keeping the customer updated on the status of the order automatically every 2 weeks and not waiting for the customer to start wondering what happened to their order.

When my complete order was finally received by them, the auto email I received was not very clear regarding how to have it shipped to me. The instructions seemed like I needed to go to the Ship to me section. Again I had to reach out to customer service and received the correct instructions promptly

The website while good isn't entirely intuitive . There also doesn't seem to be an invoice record of the price paid for purchases (would be a good improvement), or a package number record. It would also be nice if it were possible to just place a 'repeat' order of the same items instead of having to go through the entire process of shopping again.
Small improvements in the website, and keeping customer updated on order status would make it fantastic.
Overall and excellent service and I would recommend them.

Reliable Shop For Me service, package consolidation, and forwarding to the USA. I requested Shop For Me Service from 3 Singapore online shops. Process is easy by listing the specific item and adding a website link. Payment can be done via PayPal. When an item was out of stock, ForwardBuy worked with the retailer on finding a suitable replacement and refunded me the difference. I requested package consolidation and it was handled promptly so that I just pay for one shipping price for all. Package arrived within a week from Singapore to the USA. Customer service is responsive. Very reliable. I highly recommend ForwardBuy if you need to buy items from Singapore and have them shipped to the USA.

I was charged three times the parcel weight. While the shipment was quick, I won't use their service anymore. I only used them because the Aramex website is having an issue, and I need to urgently buy an item from Singapore.

I was super skeptical at first but read up on other people’s experiences on Reddit and just went full send. The items came quickly and the form to fill out was super straightforward. It was also easy to track my items as they were making their way here.

The service was good and communication was good but shipping was very pricey. Not sure I would use them again due to the cost of shipping.

I asked twice if they deliver parcels to Ukraine. They confirmed twice that they do. But when the goods were in Singapore, they said they could not deliver them to Ukraine. I had to deliver them to Poland to another intermediary, pay him extra money for sending them to Ukraine, and also fill out customs paperwork. I do not recommend this service to anyone!

I bought a boots to be shipped to Japan and the shipping cost turns out to be SG$216, which is extremely expensive. and i know there must be cheaper options. I sent a reply regarding this matter and got no replies so far about solutions. So in the end i still may have to pay for the most ridiculous amount of shipping cost i have ever experienced.

Fast but expensive

Overall a good experience. Once they got my package, they shipped it really fast, it actually arrived a few days earlier than it estimated. Customer support will always get back to your questions if you email them, but when they’re available to reapond to emails could be made clearer. For instance, after sending an email you should receive an automated “You have emailed us outside business hours, we operate during 7:00am-2:00pm in our time zone. We will get to you ASAP”. For our benefit they could also send a copy of their receipts for when they buy an item for us. Finally, the shipping cost was pretty expensive. I had about a $300 order and shipping was almost an additional $150. That’s probably not something totally in their control, it’s the decision of FedEx or whatever shipping company they use, but it’s an important disclaimer to add. The shipping weight was almost 7x the actual weight of the items I bought, but I don’t know how that worked out. Maybe there’s some minimum weight an item must be. Use their shipping cost calculator, it is pretty accurate. Ultimately, I got my item and they responded to my emails so I’m satisfied.
