Finally, I found a reliable freight forwarder. I've tried 2 logistic companies before and was disappointed both times. I had to constantly follow up about the shipment status and couldn't get reassuring responses about delays.
I have had an exceptional experience with Forwarder One so far. Kent is very professional and always responds on time. I also love their website, where you can easily track the shipment, which saves a ton of time on follow-up emails.
Definitely recommend them!

Good to see Forwarderone appears here so that I can share my experience cooperating with them, which is so smooth and remarkable. I was recommended this freight forwarder company by my coach of Amazon FBA lesson, and began my first FBA shipment by using their service 6 month ago. With their patient and detailed explanation about shipping procedure and requirements, I just simply got my shipment received by Amazon without any frustration I expected! I‘m so lucky I met this company when I was totally a rookie. Now I have an ongoing Amazon business using their service for all shipments, thank you Forwarderone!
