Here we go again with the subpar…
Here we go again with the subpar service. They have improved for a while, now back to square one. Rather go elsewhere as there is only one service agent who takes weeks to reply to your chats and emails.
Useful service, but beware of hidden fees
Customer service was useful and the shipping service was quick, but there were 35$ hidden fees for "remote location" shipping; the fees did not appear on the billing details and I had to ask customer service about it. By then, it was too late to change the shipping address or the total amount charged. Very disappointing.

Poor consolidation and packaging
I have ended my subscription. I was very satisfied on the support but the shipping fee was very expensive (+110 dollar). But what did it for me was the poor packaging (consolidation). One collectible arrived damaged and unusable. So I will be looking out for another forwarding company. Sorry..

Very incompetent
Very incompetent. Hidden $35 remote location fee. Service team is a joke. Consolidating packages ordered through personal shopper not taken care of promptly. They haven’t reset the number of days I can store my items there as I have to go back and forth with them. I ordered through personal shopper 2 pill bottles through Amazon. Amazon seller sent the two pill bottles separately, so no big deal, I figured they would automatically consolidate them. No they didn’t, I had to ask them to do it, also the weight of one of their pill bottles according to a photo was 0.65lbs for one pill bottle and another photo of the other bottle showed 0.35lbs. Even if they messed up lbs and Kgs on the scales the numbers don’t math up 0.35kg is about 0.77 lbs. they consolidated my package into a 1.1 lb package when I don’t even know the real weight. So now I’m waiting for a reply. I have screenshots to prove it.
Update 11/04 (dd:mm): got an incompetent reply from Ayberk Onat, I can’t tell if it’s a real person or a ChatGPT wrapper on crack. I’m afraid it’s a real person and this is their most competent Operations Manager
