Incomplete order and zero communication for three months
We ordered four items from the True Warrior shop. The uniforms arrived quickly, though without any notification that they had been dispatched and no tracking information. After sending an email inquiry, one head guard arrived though again without an acknowledgment of my email or dispatch/tracking information. I emailed again to enquire about the second head guard, again with no response. Several weeks later I emailed again and have had no response and no second head guard. These items are not cheap, so to have no email response and still awaiting the final item three months after the initial order and three follow up emails is unacceptable.

Our order#2513 received in early Nov 2025 but only found 1 pair of shin guards inside while we ordered 2 pairs. We've sent an email to follow up but hear nothing at the end.

Half the items were missing and when we contacted the sellers they insisted that all items were packaged together , we needed to show proof that the bag was too small to package all items together, so I don’t like the assumption that we are lying and the fact the items have take so long to arrive especially as they are expensive
