I wanted a grave ornament and had a few questions before ordering. The service team were lovely to deal with and the product was beautiful when it arrived just as I had expected. I would highly recommend this website to friends and family.

Terrible customer service package has not arrived

I ordered 2 graveside memorial stones for my twin babies 1st anniversary. The package has not arrived. It was ordered 4 weeks ago. I have sent many emails to customer service. I received one ai bot reply advising me a human would contact me but no reply.
Do not risk losing your hard earned money on this site

I am truly sorry to hear about your experience and the difficulty with your order. I have looked into your supplied tracking, and it shows that the package was attempted for delivery, but no one was available at the time. It is now waiting for collection at your local post office.

Please collect the package as soon as possible, as if it is not collected within a limited time frame, it will be returned to us. At that point, we can however arrange to resend it.
