Honestly what made my experience good was getting what I needed for a good cost , plus a discount for signing up.

We received our ordered Tuesday, the suspension parts that have been sent are the incorrect size! Multiple attempts to contact the company to be totally ignored, 75+ calls in the queue makes it impossible to reach them, messages via socials not read! We have a very upset 7 year old and a half built goal. Would not purchase again from this company.

Placed the order with a Sales Rep & support has been great from start to finish. Had a big order for my local cricket club that I coach. Our last supplier was really unreliable and equipment didn't last. But I purchased nets, bats, stumps and other equipment. The quality is second to none and the lads absolutely love them. The service was superb. Adam and Tom helped me and they we both true professionals.

I have not received any correspondence after my order confirmation. I have tried to contact the company to check the status of my delivery without any success. Email goes to an invalid site. Phone is unattended.

Easy to navigate the website

I made my purchase weeks ago. It is taking many days for my products to arrive, and they are all arriving on different days, creating disarray. My expectation was to be able to start my project days ago, and you are taking too long to arrive.

My order shipped quickly and was received in a timely manner. However, one of my items was not correct. I ordered a carry bag for the 16 training poles and received a goalie glove bag. Mistakes happen, but now I feel like getting the correct item is going to be an issue. After calling several times, I did receive a call back. The CS agent was super nice - overall, the products are good but wish getting responses would be easier.

Everything is fine with the site. Applying a coupon/discount code to the cart is difficult in such a way that it could be viewed as purposely convoluted.
