Poor customer service

I have placed an order on July 15th. Order number 9001933. The order status is still ‘processing’. It has been over a week. I tried to reach customer service countless times. No RESPONSE. NOTHING. Cancel my order and refund immediately. NEVER AGAIN! Worst customer service !!

We’d like to reply to customer Ilgin Oner from Antalya.

As requested through the feedback she left on Trustpilot , we just confirmed cancellation of her order and of concerning credit card authorization (she wasn’t charged at all, there was just a pending authorization that we cancelled).

We made her notice that the sunglasses she ordered have a delivery time of two weeks, as clearly indicated on on our site at the moment she placed the order :

My order has been processing for the…

My order has been processing for the last week . I would like to know when my item will be shipped as I know it's a pre order item but it stated I will receive 2nd half of july. Can you please advise me of when I can expect this item?

Update they have emailed me and reassured me my item will be shipped out 2nd half of July and that I will receive a tracking number from DHL I am happy with the response and how quick they made contact

Merchandise returned and received, no money back!

I would like to update my review to a four star as Forzieri has processed the refund as they replied.

But it is still not good for you guys to do something only when a bad review caught your attention.

It has been a month since I have returned a purse from this website.

From DHL tracking info, DHL 5612574903, it shows they have received the returned merchandise on June 5th. And till now , I have got nothing back.

My order number is 8988097, if it is too hard to find out.

Please process the return ASAP!

Delivery quick!! Customer service excellent!

Delivery was super quick. I wanted to cancel some items that were pre ordered, Stephanie from online did that for me straight away. She then sent everything else that was for immediate delivery, was at my door within 3 days. The package was wrapped perfectly! THANK YOU FORZIERI!!!

Hi!
All I can say abaut Forzier is that they are great company, very professional, whit product of high quolity and high brands and names.
I strongly recommend them because they are at you despozal in any time if you need any sugestion or help.
Delivery is on time, just right as you can see it on your account, everything is transparent.
I love shopping at Forzieri’s!

My order was placed May 25 2019

My order was placed May 25 2019. Order #8991356. NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE or responded to my emails. My shoes still not delivered but credit card was charged. Account says it's processing. It's been over a month already. SHOULD I BE DISPUTING THIS CHARGE???

Alex from the Customer Service has reached out and responded to this review. Order was cancelled and refund is being issued. I would advise all of you to contact them via orders@forzieri as opposed to helpdesk@forzieri as listed on their website for issues like these. Thanks for the quick response Alex.

This is the first time I buy from…

This is the first time I buy from Forzieri. I order a pair of shoes which got delivered to me in the UK within 2 days. Size was small so I ordered the bigger size and refunded the smaller one which was picked form the comfort of my home at no extra cost. Refund was done within 3/4 working days from pick up date. Excellent service from Alex and Forzieri

Terriable customer service

I placed the order on June 1st and my order number is 8992878. I didn’t know this order was a pre order. I want to cancel this order. Start from mid of June to now, I keep calling customer message, sending emails to help desk and writing messages online but no one replied. I even call their Italy office but still no one answered.

Updates: receive reply within 2 hours. Thanks for the help,Daniela and Alex.

I placed an order on Friday 28/6

The problem has been solved! I reckon the best way to contact Forzieri is to contact them via call (especially in the morning when they just started the customer service). But other than that I think everything is wonderful. I’ve purchased from them for 5 times and everything went smoothly so this’s the very first time I had a concern with them. But I’m not sure about the return policy as I’ve never returned anything back. But if you found a good deal on the website and you’re a 100% sure that you wouldn’t return the item, Forzieri is definitely a place to go for!

I placed an order on Friday 28/6. However, after I placed the order, I realised that the order is a pre-order so I immediately cancelled as I’m moving away from UK so I won’t be able to receive it. Fortunately, Forzieri would let you cancel the order yourself when the order hasn’t started processing so I did go ahead and submit the cancellation request. Everything was fine until I checked the latest status on Sunday. Guess what the status changed to PROCESSING and now I can’t do anything about it!!! I wanted to call the customer service to see if the processing means the order is being processed for cancellation or shipping, so I went ahead and rang the customer service but nobody else replied. I’ve ordered from Forzieri for 5 times and every time was so perfect to a point that I never knew it has quite bad reputation. Forzieri if you see this, please follow up as I’ve sent you email and gave you a few phone calls.

Alex Baronio directly contacted me via e-mail explained about what’s going on with my order.

I placed my order on June,16 for wallet and the following day my money had been charged from my credit card.3 days later I got an e-mail which said my product delayed re-stock from 1 week upto 10 days.I was okay with that,Right now my product suppose to be shipped but noting happen ! I'VE TRIED TO REACH THEM ON MESSAGER AND HELP DESK BUT NO ONE REPLYS!!

Item delayed due to production

Alex Baronio reached out to me and agreed to change the address for me. The response was very fast (within an hour and all done). Feeling like this is the only right way to contact them. Using the online form, call in, or send them message on FB doesn’t seem to work lol)

To whom it may concern,

Hello, I’ve placed an order online a few weeks ago (order number: 8993625).

It says the item is pre-order and the delivery will be on second half of June. Since this is already second half of June and I realized this item is removed from the website, I called in to speak with a representative, trying to figure out what’s going on.

The representative ended up telling me that the item is still in production and the estimated delivery time is now second half of August.

I’m worried because if the delivery time changes to second-half of August, I have to change the shipping address since I will no longer be living at my current address by the end of July. Now here is the dilemma: if it is for sure second-half of August, I definitely need to change it to the new address; however if the item made it before mid-July, I cannot change the address because there will be no one receiving the package for me at the new address.

I would like to confirm what exactly is going on with my item, and how likely will it be delayed to late August. What are the options I have? Please help, thank you!

Customer service

A customer service representative from Forzieri emailed me, explaining there might be some technical issue on their website. He also helped me with my problem. So I'm going to add 2 more stars for their prompt response this time.

Purchased a bag from them, the shipping process was smooth. But when I tried to reach their customer service for a defect on the strap, it seems like they don't have a customer service team at all. I sent emails, FB messages and made a lot of phone calls, I could not find a single customer service representative to help me. No one replied and the line was always busy.

The bag itself is gorgeous. But their customer service is the WORST.

I ordered the first time from Forzieri…

I ordered the first time from Forzieri and they truly give a 5 star experience. The prices are great and though I had to return 1 item because it was to big for me I had no problems. DhL came to my door for pickup and within a week I was refunded. Alex does an outstanding customer service and I will for sure order again and recommend them.

Update: Problem in my order solved!

EDIT/UPDATE (17 June 2019): Forzieri has reached out to me and the problem that I've with my order is currently solved (at least until further notice) - I'm extremely grateful that they have been very prompt with managing my order ever since.

I figured the contact form on the website probably wasn't the best way to reach out to them. :)

I needed to update my order's address immediately to prevent any parcel loss due to an unexpected move.

I have written in to update my order's address several days ago (less than 24 hours after I placed my order, which I believe is extremely reasonable) due to a sudden change in my order's shipping address. I'd have loved to update this on my own, but the current site's system did not allow me/the customer to do so.

My item was on preorder and stipulated to be delivered in the later half of June. I was ready to wait for the late June delivery, but an unexpected move occured and I have to change my shipping address for the order. I believe this change should be doable given how my order was on preorder and not yet shipped.

The timeline on the site's FAQ/Helpdesk said I should expect a reply within 24 hours, or 48 hours, however, I have waited for close to 5 days with no replies.

I've shopped with many other luxury brands/websites before, and have typically received replies within the timeframe shown or even much earlier.

I have waited approximately 4 working days before writing this feedback/review, and I believe this is more than reasonable on my part, even if they may be suffering from any/some service bottleneck issues. I will be glad to edit my feedback should there be any service recovery following the completion of my order.

GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Okay I have read all the reviews and the manager always reply back with him/her justifying themselves right and not wanting to say sorry and admit that the company is actually having a very bad customer service.
But I do have the same issues with some people here for NOT GETTING MY REFUND BACK! It’s half a month already are you serious!!!! It’s AUD$622.30 item!!
If you want to tell me that you have no record of me and whatsoever, here is my detail so you can check it properly:

Order date: 16th April 2019
Item delivered: 24th May 2019
Item returned: 29th May 2019
But when I open “my return” in Forzieri, I see nothing, but I can see that there is “returned” writing in “my orders”. And if you want to reply me back by saying that you GOT NO RECORD of me returning the parcel, I can sue this company for telling a lie because I clearly give the parcel back to DHL. And if you said that you have called the DHL and that company said nothing about receiving this return, I’ll be the one who call them and let them know everything that they need to know, and I can ask the people in the receptionist desk in my apartment that day to be the eye witnesses.

So here is the story:
My first order, is last year on 10th of March. I ordered Furla metropolis bag and the shipping is actually smooth without any drama because it’s a ready stock item. And I’m pretty sure that’s why you got good review here.

And this year on April 16, I ordered a pre-order item that states that it will be delivered on the 2nd half of April, which clearly I don’t receive it on time.
I emailed them 20ish of April (don’t remember the exact date) and got a replied on the 24th of April from Daniela Conti saying that the item is now going to be delivered on the first half of May.

I made complains through email, and because I don’t get their reply in 2 days, I call their contact centre to request an upgrade of my standard delivery to express and they grant me that (which they should because of the delay).

Then on the 8th of May I got an email from Daniela Conti again, saying that the delivery is postponed (again! Duh). And because they can’t control it as it’s depending on the supplier on when they will produce the bag blablablabla. And that they say I could exchange the bag or cancel it if I want.

Then, I issued to exchange my bag, but ended up not wanting to change as I don’t like any other bags available. So I asked for a refund via email on the 16th of may.
The respond is too slow and they just got back to me on May 22 saying that they “immediately” contacted the order managers to make sure my order is stopped before it is shipped out, but then they said they received a confirmation from the order manager that the item has been shipped out on the 21st. OMGOSH COMMUNICATION IS SO SLOW HERE. I request a refund on the 16th!! Which is 5 days before it’s shipped.
This time, Stephanie Parmentier is the one who replied me, and she said the exact same wordings: “The orders manager accepts the return of your order for full refund (taxes and duties + shipping costs included)“, which means that unlike others, my shipping costs will also be refunded.
And if you reply me back by saying what you said to all people here that “we only offer free return, but shipping cost from forzieri to you is non-refundable”, Stepahanie Parmentier wrote me an email on the 25th May saying the exact same wordings: “Once your return received in our warehouse, we will refund you the full order amount (622.30AUD)” —> Which is the full amount INCLUDING shipping cost.

Then, Stephanie arranged a time for DHL to take my returned parcel on the 29th of May.
And I returned the parcel on that day.

I haven’t received my money since that day and I contacted forzieri through email exactly a week ago BUT NO REPLY!
And if you want to tell me that you have been emailing me couple of times but I have not replied, I CHECK MY EMAIL EVERYDAY especially emails from you! So I haven’t missed anything from you and the last email that I wrote without any reply is on the 6th of June.
They are so so so slow and that annoys me! They are not responsible!!! WILL NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB AGAIN.
Forget about the promotion they got. This is such a bad experience. Go to farfetch guys! Even though they are more expensive, I’ve got no issues with them!! Very prompt reply and outstanding customer service!! I’m willing to pay much more rather than having to pay less but bad CS and don’t get the promised refund back.

UPDATE: Alex Baronio replied 2 hours ago to SOMEONE'S complain in trustpilot BUT HAS NOT REPLIED ANYTHING TO ME!
Sent another emails and have not get any reply!

UPDATE: I got emailed by them saying that they "noticed" my feedback and have refunded my money, WITHOUT saying sorry (as I expected), then commands me to take off my negative feedback here and saying that it's DEFAMATORY.
Which part is DEFAMATORY???? This is a 100% honest feedback ok? Even though you have returned me my money, that's a must and I'm not going to delete this feedback cos that's what trustpilot is for!! To give your opinions! Why would I delete this when all I said is true? Tell me :)

UPDATE: Replying to Alex comment - how can you not say that this company is a scam when you spent AUD$622.30 and issued a refund BUT NOBODY REPLIES ME IN DAYSSSS - not just 2-3 days, can you check it yourself?
Oh yeah true I end up not spending my money which is, of course, it's a must when your performance is as what mentioned above? And oh I do spend something, MY PRECIOUS TIME on waiting and being the only one who tried to contact you through emails and calls but nobody replied and picked up the call :)))
