I bought the F 2400 and had to wait almost a month to receive it. It looked fine, sturdy and nice. I did a few tests and noticed that there was something strange, when you load up, you cannot shut the Fossibot off! No, you must pull the plug. I asked them and they agreed, and it was fine to do it like that. But is seems like a computer reset to me. But okay, the work outside was starting en I started the F2400. Or I tried. Because he did not want to start! He gave two bieps, and that was it, the F 2400 did not work anymore.

The service department acted strange when I wrote that I lost trust in their product and wanted my money back- they just stopped answering. Finally they send me a return label, and I send it back to their German office/warehouse. And that was it, their did nothing after that and my last 7-8 emails were unanswered.

Finally- it had not been easy - I received my refund.
Maybe I was unlucky, getting a monday model, but the service department is really below any standard.

Placed an order a week ago, the credit card was charged immediately. Up to now no status update, no delivery date, nothing. You can only chat to a robot which is useless. I don’t recommend buy anything at Fossibot.

I took the Fossibot F2400 on a recent camping trip, and wow, it made a huge difference! We had power for everything—phones, lights, even a portable fridge. The battery lasted the whole weekend, and recharging it was faster than I expected. Definitely a must-have for any serious camper.

*updated * problem 1 resolved somehow overnight and can’t replicate it, problem 2 might have some reasons the Fossibot team is still helping me with. So for now I guess it is better somewhat but some points they could maybe improve on in my review so I now give 5 stars hope it will stay good cause there design is awesome.

I bought 2 Fossibot 2400 and both have problems, 1 is not showing the output power draw correctly is say 25w but the devise connected it drawing 100w atleast. The others one I have makes my devises turn off when the battery switches from grid power to the battery power. Also Sending it for repair and the whole process is a big hassle and might take 30days if not more, even if you bought it from there official website and they only give within 15days money back wich is not EU regulations, It should be 30 days. Also they pump up the price when demand is high and then drop it again wich is unfair. I was so happy with my battery’s but now I am just sad that both of them have problems, I am probably just stuck with them now I hope the will atleast last for some years and not get even worse.

Thrilled with my FOSSiBOT F2400! It offers exceptional value and outstanding quality. I consulted the customer support team and impressived by incredibly responsive.

I bought a Fossibot DT2 tablet.
It has issues, I have tried to contact Fossibot for support and found that they're uncontactable.
All I get are automated emails from their support@fossibot address that list ways to contact them. The emails start with, "Thank you very much for your support to FOSSiBOT
If you can't reply in time, please contact our staff online". It's not my reply I'm wanting, it's theirs.
I've written directly to their support email, sent a message via their website, visited their Facebook page which informed me Fossibot haven't setup messaging for within the EU.
Their EU website doesn't list phones or tablets so no help there.
Honestly, although the hardware is outstanding their software leaves a LOT to be desired and their after sales support is nowhere to be found.
My last resort is going to be a refund and it's fast approaching because my warranty will expire before I can get a response from this manufacturer.

Update in response to manufacturer reply:
I sent the tablet back to the retailer for a refund.
I also found out that Fossibot don't honour the warranty if you don't buy directly from Fossibot. That information isn't anywhere on their website or any of their other platforms. When I found that out, a refund was the only option. I couldn't buy directly, because their own sales site didn't recognise the UK as a country.
I'll never buy a Fossibot product again, it's just too big of a gamble.

Good battery life, very loud speaker, rugged construction, and for only $100. A very good deal. Only downside is no dedicated AUX, have to use USB C headphone adapter.
