No customer service follow-up

I have ordered a foto print on metal.
After waiting approx. 2 weeks on top of the initial time mentioned on the website, it came totally crooked. it was so poorly packed , would be a miracle if it would arrive in a good condition. I have contacted customer service and I have mentioned I would not want a new print which will take another 1 month to arrive and there is no guarantee that it will arrive in a better condition. I just simply would like a refund and I would like to send the crooked frame back since I have no use for it. No reply so far...
It is a pity because it was a beautiful picture..

Our team takes great care in the packaging of our products, we provide customized packaging for each and every product we send. Unfortunately, we depend on our partners for transport and it sometimes happens that a product is damaged. We will of course offer a replacement product. What a disspointment

Result was so disapointing. Full of white stripes through the woodmotives. Totally unrealistic. They just print images out of a database without any quality control. As professionals they should have seen that it was a bad result. They do not offer any solution afterwards. It’s the customers fault. Foto4art...I don’t know where the art is in this.

First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to write this review.

Everything that is in the picture, will be printed. We cannot decide for the customer which of the details are important and which are not to them. This picture can also be chosen just because of the stripes.
Unfortunatelly it is impossible for us to inquire with every order that comes in to be sure that the customer has chosen the right picture.
The quality of the print is an important stadium, which will be approved after printing by a number of co-workers. In this order wasn't made a printing error.
