No customer service follow-up
I have ordered a foto print on metal.
After waiting approx. 2 weeks on top of the initial time mentioned on the website, it came totally crooked. it was so poorly packed , would be a miracle if it would arrive in a good condition. I have contacted customer service and I have mentioned I would not want a new print which will take another 1 month to arrive and there is no guarantee that it will arrive in a better condition. I just simply would like a refund and I would like to send the crooked frame back since I have no use for it. No reply so far...
It is a pity because it was a beautiful picture..
