Excellent service, flawless communication, and perfect quality!
We have ordered many photo books from Fotobuch.de over the years, and the quality has always been impeccable. With our latest order, a few pages in the albums showed printing streaks, so we contacted customer service.
The support we received was outstanding: fast, friendly, and extremely professional.
Laura guided us perfectly through the process, and replacement albums were produced and shipped very quickly.
The new albums arrived in flawless condition — exactly the high quality we are used to.
Absolutely top-notch service and communication. Highly recommended!

User friendly tool, nice quality and great service !
I use fotobuch.de for many years now, although I'm based in belgium. So compared to belgian providers, shipment is a little bit expensier, but it's worth it.
My last Fotobook got lost with DHL. They reprinted it and sent it to me again. (After 2 months DHL finally delivered the first one... :-) )
In a nutshell : Great tool to develop the books, nice quality and great service !
