Terrible

Terrible. Ordered photos and the confirmation email says they will let you know when they are ready, usually 24 hours. No contact received. Emailed them, they passed it off to the store. Went in to store, they have no record of my order. Store sent an email and no response other than check again, have re sent. Emailed both fotofinish and the store to see if my photos are there. No response from store and generic response from fotofinish directing me back to the store. Asked for contact details to take it higher, generic response with no contact details. And the kicker? This has happened before. My fault for using them again. I made my order 26th Feb. Its the 18th of March. No photos.

Photo printed mug

Ordered an image to be printed on a mug. Order went through to the South Dunedin Stationery Warehouse store.
The confirmation email stated they would contact me in 5-7 business days once the order was ready. After 13 days I'd not heard anything so called them. Called 5 times over about 45 minutes and no-one ever picked up, so went down there.
The staff member was very pleasant.
The quality of the print however was absolutely terrible. Faded in the centre, not true to colour and not at all sharp in detail.
Returned for a refund.

Don't order your prints online!

Don't order your prints online!! Terrible service and miscommunication. They don't do refunds, take too long and don't take any responsibility for their poor customer service.

The in-store machines are terribly slow and sometimes don't save the project. Time and money waster.

Never got what I paid for

Says I have no orders when I paid $22 for pictures to be printed out bare in mind I’ve never used the site before, it’s a complete waste of time and money
