I ordered a heavily discounted Zeiss Loxia lens. (currently all lenses from the Loxia family are on sale on their website)
I wanted a new and unopened item, what I got clearly has been at least tested before. After opening the box the lens did not have any visual defects, but it did not have a new lens sheen, the nylon pouch also looked different from what I've seen with my other Loxia lenses. I was not even surprised, when I noticed the focus ring and the front barrel have some slack/play. (unimaginable with a Zeiss lens)
I called support & the support employee was not very keen on cooperating with me in offering a replacement. (I expected them to pay for my return shipping & sending another) Ultimately I just exercised my right to cancel & shipped back the lens at my own cost.
What is a positive in all this, that despite them having 14 days to return the money, they did it in less than an hour after receiving my return.
With the above in mind, I cannot really recommend ordering from them online.
