Non responsive to any emails despite me spending a hell of a lot of money recently.

Very slow delivery with no updates

My first time using this company. My daughter’s wedding picture was printed 12x18 on canvas. It turned out amazing. My husband and I are thrilled with the picture. We will definitely use this company again. 5 stars!!!!!

After panicking trying to find an online company to print photos and going to the “big name” brands always advertised to discover they would take at least 10-14 days I stumbled across this Irish company who said all online orders would be delivered within 5 business days. I was a little sceptical but after placing my order on a Sunday night I was so utterly surprised to discover my high quality printed photos in my post box on Tuesday morning!!! I couldn’t recommend this company more!!

My only comment is that it would be great if there was a contact number to reach you on for queries.

Print was good quality but frame was extremely flimsy given the price. You could have pulled it apart with little effort and it looked cheap. It was wrapped well with shrink wrap but then just arrived in a package with no other protection which I was surprised by. Luckily mine arrived undamaged.

Ordered a pair of photos + a glass block picture. Photos came mixed up. Picture meant for the block was in a frame, and picture for frame was in the block.

Really fast delivery, great price and easy to use however I received a few photos that weren’t mine in my last order. I sent an email to the company about this and have yet to receive a response.

I order over a week ago I haven't got a tracking numbe. I tried to reach out they haven't answered my emails or my Instagram dms. I'm disappointed

Placed my order on Tuesday November 14th. Still no delivery. I've emailed twice, and DM'd them on Instagram, and have received no replies to either communication. To say I am frustrated, is an understatement. How can brand ambassador's endorse these companies, rave about their service, when my experience has been anything but positive. This purchase was needed last weekend, and i ordered based on the reviews about the speedy delivery. Anyone else have the same experience?

Great service. Photos arrived really quickly! Very good quality. Good packaging. Pleased all my photos were printed.
