Wet crack sealant ,, Great Product

The task of drilling the concrete for the ports was a bit of a task , getting the correct angle and depth . But common sense tells one it is the best way to insure the sealant is getting deep enough to do its job . One can visually see when the liquid expands and seeps thru between the ports .I had the foam come out on the outside of my foundation , above ground , in places where i did not even know were cracked . It traveled the crack ..Important to run water on the outside to make sure water wets the entire crack , thus making sure it activates and expands . Thanks to Eric .. Great Tech Info ( ext 701 I believe)

Best product

Read many reviews and settled on Foundation Armor. Called into there information desk twice because I was wanted to make sure. Finally ordered and could not be happier. The product AR 350 was just what I needed for my pavers. The best confirmation was many of my neighbors complementing me on how well the driveway pavers looked. I will reorder from Foundation for any future sealers. Also the help desk has the most knowledgable and professional guys to answer any question you may have.

Super Easy & Fingers crossed

Incredibly easy! I applied with roller to a 15x40 concrete pad and sidewalk. In hindsight would have been better using a garden sprayer. It soaks in and dries really fast. First rain I could definitely tell a difference. Waiting to see property in the Spring.....fingers crossed it won't be the usual black/dirty sidewalk and I won't have to power wash every season. Wish I had used this product 10 years ago. Came highly recommended by concrete business owner of 30 years.

Stamped Concrete Revival

Used AR350 Wet Look/Satin Gloss Acrylic Sealer and used the Armor Non Slip Additive on a 6-year old stamped concrete patio in May 2016. Had used another solvent based sealer 2 years ago that had completed faded away and was no longer providing any sealant. Put first coat on in ideal conditions (mid-60's, low humidity, no wind and cloudy). Let it dry for 6-8 hours and put on a second coat. It gave the concrete a nice wet look which stayed for most of the summer. The wet look has gradually disappeared but the sealant is still repels any water or snow that gets on it. I would give it a higher rating but I was hoping the wet look would last longer than a few months. Given the high price of this sealant, I will likely consider another option when the time comes to reseal my patio.

The AR350 uses quality resins which is why it out lasted the previous acrylic sealer. As for fading, the AR350 holds up well. Premature fading was most likely related to the old acrylic resin remaining on and in the concrete pores. While it may appear as if all of the old, low quality acrylic is gone, that's not usually the case. It was most likely the old acrylic resin that faded rapidly causing the new coating to have a faded appearance. You can roll the AR350 with some Foundation Armor Blush Repair or even xylene from your local hardware store to re-emulsify the sealer to bring back the shine. As for the price of the AR350, Foundation Armor includes free shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states while other companies charge for shipping.

Great products in Basement, garage floor, and driveway in Northern Illinois

Basement had water intrusion, is critical to prep floor as explained on the website.
Used UTN60 High Gloss and grey pigment, looks great. Stopped the water intrusion.
Driveway, used the Armor AX25 Siloxane Infused High Gloss Acrylic Concrete Aggregate and Paver Sealer with anti-slip additive.
Coated as instructed. Worked great. Be aware that if freshly poured concrete got heavy rain on it before covered, damages surface. The sealer doesn't appear to have grabbed the surface so is different. I didn't add the grey colorant, it should be applied up here in northern latitudes to take advantage of winter sun to melt ice off driveway.
I am satisfied with the products, and the responses from the company when i had questions.

Sealer

Product worked well. Very narrow window of application. 45-80 degrees of temperature. In the summer you may not be able to use.

Concrete Sealer

Sealer was applied with 5 gallon garden type sprayer. The five gallon container covered a 30 ft. three car driveway plus side walk. It has been down for about six months and is working as advertised.

Water does bead up but that become slipping hazard.

First customer service was good. But issue I ran into is I needed lot more than what was recommended and that means my budget was not enough and amount I had applied made my driveway look really bad. It was pop out as big stains when it would get wet, after talking to there tech it was decided I need to apply more product. I said I will wait since I cost good amount of money to buy 5 gallon bucket of this, after that winter came and that's when we notice real issue with this product. Water would bead up but since weather being cold it would freeze and it would get really slippery. Come this summer I would have to figure out how to get this product removed from our driveway. Good thing I did not buy 2nd bucket to apply more.

If you applied a penetrating concrete sealer and have dark areas when the surface becomes wet, it means that you did not apply enough material or that your missed areas while applying. When ice accumulates on a surface, it's typically recommended that you apply salt or sand.

Awesome Service and Product

I initially found the foundation armor brand on Amazon but had some questions about the product. I navigated to their website where they had an easy to use chat feature. The sales person helped answer all of my questions, select the right product and was able to provide me with a discount since I was buying multiple 5 Gallon tubs. The product was easy to apply and gave a great look to my paver stones. I'd recommend and buy from them again.

Easy to use

The sealer goes on very easy, used a small spray tank to apply. Easy to clean up just used soap and water. Water beads on surface of pavers, so I assume all is well.
