Appreciation of customer service (and a suggestion)
Most of this order was plates. It would have been very useful for at least one of the online images of each item to show it being held by a hand, so as to get some intuitive sense of its size.
Like my previous order, this was a gift to someone else at a different address, which Foundland handled without a hitch. There was a small issue with one item in the order and they took the trouble to reach out and be sure I was happy with their workaround.
