Ordered 14 days ago. Was notified it was out for shipment 13 days ago. I’ve received nothing. Store never answers phone, so far no return calls, no return messages. I think this might be a scam

We spoke about this and the whole ordeal is a mix up by the couriers not a fault of ours. As soon as notified we got the matter rectified the following day.
