I always have a positive experience at the bethpage branches. The customer service folks are nice and helpful. I like that I can get cash with no fees at 7-11s.

When we went to open our CD I. The Commack branch, your employee. I think her name is Lauren? Was so informative and so kind and so
Professional. I was amazed of well versed she was and answered all questions accordingly.

I worked with Andrew at a branch 25 minutes away from my house but totally worth it to work with him. Setting up an appointment was very easy. When I got to the branch he was ready and waiting. Not only did he help me with the original reason I scheduled the appointment, but he also took the time to answer several other questions I had without hesitation. I have worked with him before over the last couple of years and he is consistently pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He delivers excellent customer service beyond expectations! I hope he is valued and recognized by Bethpage. He’s everything you want in an employee.
I also completed a transaction with a teller who was also a pleasure to deal with. A great experience all around!

Great bank my husband been a member for along time

Jennifer was very attentive and delivers exceptional customer service, going above and beyond. When my bank check was damaged 5 minutes before her branch closed, she took the initiative to call the king kullen branch to get me what I needed.

It's too hard to get a replacement bank card working. It comes with no instructions a barely legible number on the back, their phone help puts you on hold forever on a silent line and eventually disconnects you gives you broken reference numbers and finally afterv6 hours. My bank card may finally work (I haven't tried it yet).

I had trouble setting up my online business account thru the app and I'm so glad one of the team members Luis was able to help me so quickly and get it fixed.

The Lynbrook branch overall is amazing, Lisa helped me get my business set up earlier in the month. I really appreciate the whole team.

From the outstanding service from teller Donna I was directed to sit and speak with a very nice young woman I found to be most helpful in my banking needs. Have been with Bethpage many years never disappointed.

Joselyn was such a help to me. I visited her three days in a row as I needed a medallion stamp and it required three visits. She is professional, courteous, patient and an absolute asset to your financial institution.

Really personable and friendly staff, in particular the manager Pedro was the kindest and extremely helpful opening up a new account and getting my auto loan established. He was very compassionate and walked me through the whole process in a very comprehensible way.

Have been using this branch for years and never have had a problem. Customer service is great but especially Toniann. She’s such a big help and is always so friendly.
